Work had us take a one week long training class on Windows 7 deployment in the end what I learned on my own was pretty much all I cared for. If I happened to lead an organization with a thousand computers and happened to manage Windows Server then I might consider Windows Deployment Services or a zero touch deployment where people would just turn on their computers and let it boot off the network and upgrade.
