I don't know where she found it but I like it.
Although it will likely be seen as negative, the reality of it is this doesn't happen out of nowhere. Men and women are constantly judging each other. I don't think we will ever pinpoint or understand what someone else feels. But I think there should be an appreciation of whatever is left. Chances are it's a downgrade from what you want and what you are willing to do for them. Assuming things end up on good terms it might help you grow or better yourself. More often than not I just want the feel of a normal friend but friends of the opposite gender will not last. Chances are they are actively searching for a bf and once they find one you will be lucky if they come back to you when their new relationship gets rocky.
