Finally got to try this place. It's no Tokyo Lobby but I think it was not too bad and relatively reasonable.
This place was a fend for yourself kinda deal where seniors would just go up to the dimsum ladies to grab the plates they want with the stamp sheets. Of course... it's $1.38 a plate before 11AM and if you go past it they will charge you regular price.
